Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Lulu Blooms, we hand-deliver love across Kenya with care, speed, and attention to detail. Since we manage our own local delivery service, we ensure your gift arrives fresh, on time, and exactly as intended.

📍 Delivery Areas
We currently offer next-day and scheduled delivery in the following regions:

Nairobi Metropolitan Area (including Karen, Westlands, Lang’ata, Runda, Thika Road, etc.)
Mombasa (selected zones)
Kisumu (selected zones)

Pre-orders
Choose your preferred delivery date (e.g., February 14) at checkout
⏳ Valentine’s Day Note: To guarantee delivery on February 14, please place your order by February 12 at 6:00 PM EAT. Orders after this may not be fulfilled due to high demand.

📦 How It Works
You select your preferred delivery date & time window at checkout (e.g., “Feb 14, 4–6 PM”)
After payment, our team prepares your gift with care
On the delivery day, our dedicated Lulu Blooms courier hand-delivers your package
We’ll send you a delivery confirmation with a photo upon successful drop-off
📞 Recipients will receive a call or SMS from our driver before arrival.

❗ Important Notes
Accurate recipient details are required: Please provide a full address and active phone number. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Recipient must be available: If no one is present at delivery, we’ll attempt to contact them. A second delivery attempt may incur an additional fee.
No deliveries on public holidays unless pre-arranged.
🌧️ Weather & Unforeseen Delays
While rare, heavy rain, traffic, or emergencies may cause slight delays. We’ll notify you immediately if this affects your order.

Need a surprise delivery? Want us to ring the doorbell quietly or leave the package at the gate?
Add your instructions in the “Delivery Notes” field at checkout — we read every note!
